About The AI Dialogues™

What it is
The AI Dialogues™ is a one-of-a-kind AI literacy and and community building program founded by Josh Martin, former Chief Data Officer of Indiana, and Jamie Kimes, Founder of The Idea Garden.
With three training tracks - executive, operational, and daily user - AND Community of Practice start-up and facilitation, this program aims to get your entire organization ready for responsible, ethical, and strategic use of AI.

Why it works
1. We start and end with humans. All of our sessions are LIVE-virtual (or LIVE). This real-time approach allows us to bring in guest speakers, interact with participants, adapt our focus to your organization, and keep our content up-to-date with what’s happening in AI.
2. We are neither pro-AI nor anti-AI. We are simply educators, teaching you what AI it is, how it works, its risks and risk mitigations, how to use it responsibly and ethically, and most of all how to ask the questions that will help you and your organization make AI decisions that align with YOUR values and goals…because WE ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE.
3. Not only are our sessions open to unlimited attendees from your organization, we also leave behind recordings of each session and a thriving Community of Practice. This allows you to keep teaching and growing, long after we’ve gone.
